However because every piece is handmade and made to order, the items are non refundable.
If you have an enquiry about your order or you would like to address a concern, please send an email to: seolaatelier@gmail.com
The items can however be exchanged for store credit or for another piece of equal value within 30 days.
The credit does not expire.
