Each piece is made within approximately 15 business days.

However if there is a special requirement that the piece is urgent please contact me at seolaatelier@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase.

Each piece is individually manufactured on demand, so it usually takes 15 business days to produce them in our workshop in Montreal, Canada.

Please note that during holiday season this might vary because of vacation and availability at the caster.

The production time does not include shipping. All of our items are shipped with a tracking number.

All orders placed after 10 AM will be processed the following business day.

The current delivery date may be affected by delays due to transportation, weather conditions or other external factors as well as during the holidays.

Please check the shipping tracking information that you will receive via email to see an estimated delivery date.

Pick up at Montreal studio:

Pick up is available at our atelier in Montreal, just select the “pick up” option at check out.

Pick up orders are usually ready within 15 business days.

During the holidays this might vary because of vacation and availability at the caster.

US & international:

We ship to most countries with a tracking number.

US and international shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees - these will be the responsibility of the recipient.

SÉOLA Atelier is too small to cover any cost of these duties, and we are therefore not able to refund this amount.

These fees may also vary and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

SÉOLA Atelier cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.
