Eliza Ring

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in Montreal, Canada, using 925 sterling silver.

Due to the nature of sterling silver, the size of each piece and the mirror polishing, scratches will occur when wearing the pieces and is a natural wear and tear of the material.

For SÉOLA Atelier the wear and tear is what makes the jewellery pieces age beautifully.

However to preserve the mirror polishing for longer we do suggest to keep them separately inside the suede bag or its original box, this will avoid any further scratches and blow when not wearing the piece.

TARNISH:

For all silver pieces, tarnish happens as a result of the jewellery being exposed to oxygen and sulphur particles in the air.

Please be mindful & take care of your jewellery.

• When wearing the piece avoid direct contact with liquids (perfume, lotions and oils).
• Also avoid wearing them when going to the pool or working out.

I have provided a small polishing cloth with each piece & recommend using this to clean off any dirt/blemishes/tarnish that may appear.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We know that buying rings online can be tricky due to sizing.

We have therefore created a sizer template page to ensure that you are buying the correct size.

Shipping is possible within Canada with Canada Post. All parcels will have a tracking number.

We ship to most countries with a tracking number.

US and international shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees. These will be the responsibility of the recipient.

SEOLA Atelier is too small to cover any cost of these duties, and we are therefor not able to refund this amount.

These fees may also vary and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

SEOLA Atelier cannot be held responsible for any lost packages

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. 

However because every piece is handmade and made to order, the items are non refundable.

If you have an enquiry about your order or you would like to address a concern, please send an email to: seolaatelier@gmail.com

The items can however be exchanged for store credit or for another piece of equal value within 30 days.

The credit does not expire.

Please make sure to email SÉOLA Atelier before arranging your return postage.

Returns postage and shipping charges (including customs, taxes etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned pieces must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been altered in any way.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition.

SÉOLA Atelier is not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or neglect, aesthetic changes and damage due to ageing or normal wear and tear.

Once the return is ready to send please send us the tracking number, so we can keep and eye out.

Note that shipping, import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the import country are nonrefundable.

As a small business we are not able to cover these costs, as it goes directly to your government.

We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds.
