Refund & Exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. 

However because every piece is handmade and made to order, the items are non refundable.

If you have an enquiry about your order or you would like to address a concern, please send an email to:

The items can however be exchanged for store credit or for another piece of equal value within 30 days.

The credit does not expire.

Please make sure to email SÉOLA Atelier before arranging your return postage.

Returns postage and shipping charges (including customs, taxes etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned pieces must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been altered in any way.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition.

SÉOLA Atelier is not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or neglect, aesthetic changes and damage due to ageing or normal wear and tear.

Once the return is ready to send please send us the tracking number, so we can keep and eye out.

Note that shipping, import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the import country are nonrefundable.

As a small business we are not able to cover these costs, as it goes directly to your government.

We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds.
